USDesign Hardware Support

Annual On-Site Maintenance Contract

USDesign's Policy is to provide On-Site Service during the On-Site Maintenance Contract Period.

Technical Support is available free of charge ten (10) hours per day, five (5) days per week (except for legal Holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Response time will be four (4) hours or less (unless otherwise stipulated.)

USDesign will also provide the following Hardware Services:
Note: These services are provided by the contracted vendor, not USDC.

  • All Parts Replaced (hardware under contract)
  • All Preventive Maintenance
  • Unlimited Site Visit(s)
  • All Site/Travel Time and Mileage

USDesign requests all technical information in writing regarding reported problems.

USDesign requests all technical information in writing regarding reported problems. USDesign will then make every effort to duplicate and correct the problem, after which an updated Software package will be forwarded to the customer.
