USDesign Software Support

Annual Software Maintenance Contract

USDesign's Policy is to fully support Software during the Annual Maintenance Contract Period.

Technical Support is available free of charge ten (10) hours per day, five (5) days per week (except for legal Holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Response time will be four (4) hours or less (unless otherwise stipulated.) USDesign will also provide the following services free of charge:

  • All Major Software Releases for software covered by contract
  • Any Software Fixes Required due to trouble with Software
  • Any Software Upgrades Required due to upgraded operating system
  • Any Lesser Software Upgrades Required under Main Software Contract

USDesign requests all technical information in writing regarding reported problems. USDesign will then make every effort to duplicate and correct the problem, after which an updated Software package will be forwarded to the customer.
